Using Holistic Ireland

Holistic Ireland is a directory and information website operated by Laura Ni Mhairtin, trading as Loinnir Holistic. Postal address: Kilroe West, Inverin, Co. Galway, Ireland. Visitors can browse listings and contact independent practitioners through their published links. Any treatment, booking, payment or cancellation arrangement is between you and the practitioner. Holistic Ireland does not provide the treatments listed or take treatment bookings on a practitioner's behalf.
Listings and articles are for general information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or a recommendation that a treatment is suitable for you. Check a practitioner's qualifications, insurance, fees, suitability and cancellation terms directly before booking. Do not delay appropriate medical care because of information on this site.
Approval means that an application has been reviewed for inclusion in the directory. It is not a clinical endorsement, a guarantee of results or a certification of professional qualifications. Unless a specific check is clearly described, do not assume credentials have been independently verified. Availability and information can change.
Applications, free beta listings and fees
Applications are reviewed before anything is published. Submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance. Applicants must be adults authorised to represent their practice and have permission to supply all text, photographs and links. You are responsible for the legal right to offer your services, any required qualifications, registrations and insurance, and compliance with relevant professional, advertising and data protection requirements. Keep information accurate and up to date. Do not submit client information, misleading health claims or content that infringes another person's rights.
You retain ownership of your content. By authorising publication, you permit Holistic Ireland to display and format the supplied profile on the directory for the listing period. We may ask for corrections or further information. Request corrections or removal at info@holisticireland.com.
Practitioner listings are currently free, with an initial 12-month free period from publication. There is no numerical limit on the current free-listing offer. No payment is taken with an application, and applying does not authorise a later charge.
We plan a small annual renewal fee after the initial 12 months. The price and renewal terms will be explained beforehand, and you can choose to opt out. No fixed future fee is confirmed by the free application. Any separately purchased membership remains subject to the price and terms agreed at purchase. Cancel its future renewals through My Subscriptions or contact info@holisticireland.com. Our Refund Policy explains refund enquiries and statutory rights.
A listing does not guarantee enquiries, bookings, search placement or income. Sponsored content and advertising are separate from listing approval.
Corrections, cancellations and fair use
You can ask to withdraw an application or remove a free listing at any time by emailing info@holisticireland.com. There is no fee to refund for a free listing. Before any paid listing begins, the agreed price, duration, renewal and cancellation arrangements must be provided. Nothing in these terms removes rights that apply under consumer or other mandatory law.
We may decline, pause or remove a listing where information is inaccurate, publication permission is missing, content is unlawful, or a substantiated complaint raises a concern. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and allow the practitioner to respond or correct it. Urgent safety or legal concerns may require immediate removal. Email us to request a review of a listing decision.
Please do not use the site to harass others, send spam, misuse personal information or disrupt its operation. Site material may not be copied or reused commercially without the relevant rights holder's permission. External websites and practitioners are responsible for their own services and content; please check their terms.
Report errors, concerns or complaints to info@holisticireland.com, including the relevant listing or page link. Irish law applies, subject to any mandatory protections and rights you have in your country. These terms may be updated as the service develops; material changes to an existing paid agreement require appropriate notice and cannot retrospectively remove agreed or statutory rights.
