About the practice
I’m Sara Falvey, a certified Iyengar yoga teacher since 2007, offering welcoming classes and workshops in Galway for beginners and more experienced students. My teaching combines clear guidance, careful alignment and the use of props to help students develop strength, mobility and awareness, with time for rest and relaxation.
