Nua Tú Coaching and Holistics offers life coaching to support you through change and new beginnings, with a particular focus on ADHD and neurodivergence, addiction recovery, and parents and carers. I also offer trauma informed somatic breathwork, energy healing and teaching. Bespoke packages, groups and circles also available for booking. Offerings are available online and in person.
